I enjoyed my stay at San Clemente Palace Kempinski, with its amazing location on a private island providing a serene escape from the bustle of Venice. The service was really good, with staff going above and beyond to meet my needs. My stay at San Clemente Palace Kempinski was a good experience overall, though it had its ups and downs. The serene island setting was truly a breath of fresh air, a great escape from the hectic Venice. While the staff, especially Valentina and Shaima, were attentive and professional, the room service left something to be desired. The dining experience was mixed; some meals were excellent, but there were moments where the food didn't meet the hotel's high standards.
